If you experience this one work around is to get out of the vehicle and if audio is lost go into your audio configurations, make any change, and then apply. Some have reported seeing the vehicle they are in flicker in and out of the screen prior to the white screen appearing and audio loss.
Again, as i understand it, the issue is caused by a desync with the player/s in a vehicle. As I understand it, this is a known bug that was introduced with the last ARMA 3 update from BI and is affecting all games types/ mods not just EPOCH. In regards to some players experiencing an issue with their screen going white and losing sound sporadically.
